A Glimpse of What We Do
Screen printing or Silk screening is a branding process transferring ink on to material through a prepared screen of fine material so as to create a logo, picture or pattern. We can print up to 8 colours with a very tight registration. We predominantly print T-Shirts and garments using this process, but it is in no way limited to clothing, we also print bags, raw material, boxes, cups, caps, beach balls, balloons, promotional gifts, wood and more.
UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultraviolet lights to dry cure the ink as it is printed. As this is a digital process we can print any number of colours including white and clear. We have two dedicated machines for UV printing; a small UV printer which we use for small items such as pens, USBs, swizzle sticks, and the like, as well as short-run notebooks and items that require individual names. Our large Oce Arizona UV printer is a large flatbed with roll to roll option. This means we can print not only large items for things, such as signage but also an entire roll of material.
The Summa is a flat bed and roll to roll cutting and routeing machine. It precision cuts various materials, from vinyl, paper and board to Perspex, wood, and foam. As usual we push the boundaries of this machine and have used it to cut and create many unique products, including vinyl letters of any size.
Dye sublimation is a versatile branding process where a digital print is transferred onto material, garments, and a wide range of products. From large-scale banners, bedding, and custom cyclist shirts to smaller items like T-shirts, caps, cups, bottles, notebooks, puzzles, and even wood or Perspex, this process allows us to create vibrant, long-lasting designs. We also offer unique finishes such as metallic, flocking, reflective, and glow-in-the-dark, giving your brand a standout look across any item
